I haven't felt this relaxed or content in years. The rooms are spacious and lovely, the robes are comfy, and the food was incredible. We also really liked the baths, some of the best we've tried during our time in Japan. Yubara onsen is only a short drive away, so it's easy to enjoy the stars and nature while soaking in a beautiful natural bath.

The rooms are roomy, and we had a good time in the baths and at karaoke. The buffet-style dining room honestly feels like a cafeteria, and the food was just average. I've stayed at better ryokan, but this could be a fun trip with family or friends.

The buffet dinner and breakfast were quite good. The outdoor onsen is lovely, but there are no showers, shampoo, or other necessities there. The hotel itself feels old, especially the indoor onsen.
