I managed okay with basic Japanese, though this hotel may not be the easiest for foreigners. The rooms are somewhat small, but have pretty much everything you need. My floor's Pana press was broken, so I couldn't iron my clothes. The location was okay, though I wanted to be nearer to a 711/FamilyMart and a train station. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast had a tasty range of options.

The air conditioning worked well, but the rooms felt small and there was a bad smell from the toilet. It didn't give me the impression of being very clean.

There's a shopping mall right across from the hotel, and JR is about a 10-minute walk away.

A decent business hotel, nothing more to say.
