Everything was clean, and the room had its own bathroom and toilet. The owner is a very kind person and can show you around the whole city. It’s also close to both the center and the train station.

The place was comfortable, well furnished and conveniently close to public transport, which made it an easy choice for staying in Nagano. Shine was welcoming right away and helped me work out activities in and around the city. He was quick to respond, easy to reach and happy to help make the stay go smoothly. His hospitality really stood out. Nagano is already a beautiful region, and Shine did a lot to make my visit even more enjoyable and memorable. I’d highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much for all his help and kindness.
