Fav Lux Nagasaki

We didn't get around to using the rooftop lounge or JUNE COFFEE, but having an in-room washer and dryer was especially convenient for our family. FAV LUX Nagasaki is close to tourist attractions, and the roomy, beautifully designed room made us feel at home. The sauna in the room was a highlight and exceeded our expectations; the beds were clean and comfortable too. Attentive, friendly staff made the stay even better. We were very satisfied and look forward to coming back. I'd highly recommend it for families or larger groups visiting the area.

We were drawn by how close FAV LUX Nagasaki is to tourist attractions, and liked the room's spacious design, comfortable beds and bathroom amenities. The facilities overall satisfied us. Reception, though, lacked attentiveness and communication. They could do a better job explaining breakfast timing and the sauna to guests.

The café is what made the hotel feel special, though the place was comfortable and easy to stay in for a longer visit. Breakfast was great, especially the croque monsieur. My wife tried the granola and said it was the best she'd ever had. The café staff were particularly kind and helpful, a lovely way to start our trip. We had cocktails on the first floor one evening, and they gave us a service menu, so we ended up having a few more drinks than planned. On our last day, we bought the Danish bread used for the croque monsieur, plus granola and coffee beans, as gifts to take home. Everyone loved them. We'd definitely come back when we're in Nagasaki.

A very comfortable, practical place, especially for a longer stay. The hotel was new, very clean and well maintained, and the room had enough space for 3-4 adults. There was an in-room washing and dryer machine, plus self-service laundry in the lobby.
