We could easily walk to the train station area and the ropeway station. The hotel guests have to pay for underground parking. I was delighted with the room: roomy, with comfortable beds. There's a Family Mart just outside for a late night snack.

The hotel is central, close to Nagasaki Station, and has good service from the staff. The room was spacious, but it felt stuffy. The air conditioning was set too warm, and staff tried to lower it but couldn't. Apparently it's controlled centrally.

We paid 58000 JPY for two nights in one room, including the extra charge for breakfast. On arrival with lots of baggage, nobody offered to help. When I later asked, someone simply pointed out a luggage trolley. Afterward we saw staff helping other guests with their bags. The rooms feel old, the carpet is stained, and both of us developed an allergy from it. It seems poorly washed. There was no ventilation in the room, and the provided purifier was dusty. The service was really poor. At breakfast on the first day, we found almost nothing vegetarian. We spoke to the staff and chef, who said they couldn't provide anything and that it was too late, even though we arrived an hour before closing. We ended up with plain rice and lettuce, plus four or five pieces of steamed vegetables. We're vegetarians, and that's all they could give us. After that morning, we arranged our own food for dinner because the hotel had no vegetarian options. One item was soup, and when I asked for a bowl to heat it, the staff member said he couldn't provide one and that I had to use a plate. After I asked several times, he suggested I try wrapping the soup on the plate. I asked to speak with a supervisor, then was taken to the lobby and left waiting on a couch for ten minutes. We're checking out today and skipped breakfast, despite paying extra, because of how bad the experience was. I am currently staying here and find it terrible. There are much better options in Nagasaki at this price, so please avoid this place.

The large public bath was in excellent condition, and breakfast had lots of variety and tasted great. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Japan.
