The lobby has a great feel, with vinyl music playing, and the free coffee was really nice. The staff were awesome, always friendly, and helped me out a lot. Their English was perfect, which made things much easier. I slept so well on the comfy bed with its soft, luxurious pillows, and the shower and bath were great too. Wish I could've stayed longer, haha. Definitely recommend it.

The price felt affordable for what you get. I slept well on the soft futon-style bedding, and the room was fairly spacious compared with most hotels. The location is convenient, and the shared spaces have a warm, inviting design that carries through to the room.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern, though space was tight when we tried to fit three suitcases for two people. That seemed understandable given the location. Nagoya Station is close, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores just steps away. The reception team were courteous and accommodating, and stored our luggage efficiently before check-in. We also appreciated the complimentary lobby coffee and toiletries. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'd happily recommend the hotel.

We loved staying at Hotel Resol Nagoya and would be glad to visit again. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, with fresh towels and water brought daily. A real plus was the on-site luggage transfer service, so we could send our bags to the next hotel instead of carrying them around. It was our first trip to Nagoya, and my husband and I found the location very convenient, close to the metro and right by Ichiran Ramen!!!!

The hotel has a modern, comfortable design, and we rested well in a room that was just the right size with a very comfortable bed. The staff were professional and friendly, went the extra mile with our concerns, and resolved our issue quickly.
