Getting around from here takes a bit of effort. Nagoya station is about an 800m to 1km walk, and public transport access generally isn't very easy, though the hotel shuttle runs to the station every 30 minutes until late evening. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The railway tracks are quite close, but I couldn't really hear the trains unless the window was open.

It might work well as a wedding venue, but staying here didn't feel worth the price to us. The room was dusty, and there was hair all over the shower wall. The shower also smelled like a damp cloth that hadn't dried.

The food was really tasty, and the hotel is handy for getting around since it's close to the station. Family Mart and Starbucks are nearby too. The facilities were okay.

I had a memorable stay, thanks to how attentively everyone looked after me. From the minute I arrived, the staff were courteous and professional, and their care throughout the visit made a real difference. Please pass along my thanks to the whole team.

The restaurant looks lovely for lunch, dinner, or high tea, though the prices feel aimed at high end clientele. Its views of a courtyard cathedral are stunning. We also saw two wedding receptions during our short 3-night visit, so it seems to be a popular spot for them. My main impression of the hotel was how attentive and well staffed the service was. The modern decor is clean and tasteful, and breakfast is included, with a good spread of hot and cold Western and Asian food. Our room was cleaned daily. There's coin laundry, though the dryer is small and takes a long time to get things fully dry. We'd highly recommend it if you're after a pampered stay.
