The breakfast buffet was tasty and had plenty of local flavor. We stayed four nights in a Japanese-style room and enjoyed the mini bar treats, drinks, and ice cream every evening. There were lots of facilities and amenities in the lobby, and my daughter could choose a cute pillow to borrow. They also had thoughtful things for parents with babies or toddlers, like diapers from the front desk and a stroller rain cover to borrow when it rains. The hotel is near the entrance to Kokusai Street, with many favorite local shops within walking distance. Front desk staff communicated well enough in English, and one male staff member patiently helped with a technical issue with the AC vanes in our room. I’ll choose this hotel again next time and recommend it to friends.

The free evening drinks area was superb, and we enjoyed the buffet area’s excellent view. We stayed around Labor Day weekend in 2025, from the end of August to the start of September. The rooms were a bit small, but that was okay for a child-focused hotel, and there were lots of candies and snacks. The pool was fun, with inflatable rings available to use for free. There are plenty of things to do nearby, and all the staff were friendly to me and my child. I felt safe, and appreciated little extras such as the foot massage machine, fan, and other items we could borrow for the room at no charge. I was very satisfied with our stay and would absolutely recommend it. It wasn’t dirty like some other reviews said!

The kids especially loved the play area and pool, and the family buffet breakfast was a big plus. There was also a candy box for the kids and a place to relax with free Okinawa soba from 830pm onward. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ocean, which was just right for our family of five. The staff were welcoming, warm, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our family room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. We appreciated being able to choose shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as select from a variety of pillows. I’d recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, convenient, stress-free stay. We’ll be back!

The buffet was amazing, and there were lots of amenities. The service was very nice and everyone was kind. This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’d definitely come again :)

The room was pretty tight and nothing special, just a typical Japanese business hotel room. Even so, this was amazing value, especially for people traveling with kids, thanks to all the thoughtful and useful amenities. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, and since it was included in our room price, having it ready every morning felt like a bargain. There’s also a lounge by the front desk with free drinks, including Okinawa’s Awamori. All in all, we had a really nice experience!
