For the price, this may be the best hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The shuttle runs about 20 hours a day from stop 31B at T2/3 and back, and the hotel emails you the schedule. Staff who speak English were at check-in. A shopping mall is about an hour away by bus, and they were happy to hold my luggage until the afternoon.

The shuttle was frequent, dependable, and made airport trips easy, so the stay felt low-stress, especially with an early flight. Breakfast was simple but fair for the price. A comfortable, efficient place that gives you what you need. I'd gladly come back.

The front desk team was professional too. The hotel makes airport travel easy with a frequent shuttle to Narita Airport, and breakfast is included with a solid range of choices. For practical extras, there's a Lawson inside, a well-stocked souvenir shop, water vending machines, laundry, and irons. Handy for business travelers who want to stay organized without packing too much. My room was very clean and well maintained, with more comfort than I expect from a standard business hotel. They also have grand rooms with more space for unwinding before or after a long flight.

This is a budget-friendly place near the airport, with enough facilities for a short stay before a flight, though it's not a luxury hotel. We paid nearly half what a hotel in central Tokyo would cost. The shuttle runs to and from the airport, breakfast is standard, coffee from the machine is free all day, and laundry is inexpensive. There's a convenience store in the hotel and a nearby restaurant with lots of Japanese dishes. You can get to the small, lovely tourist town of Narita by taxi, or take the shuttle and then continue by train or subway.
