The one good thing is that it’s near the train station. Otherwise, this was a very bad stay. We requested a non-smoking bedroom when booking, but when we arrived there wasn’t one available. They put us in an old room with holes in the walls, and the whole bedroom smelled bad and musty. I had a severe asthma attack and had to check out as soon as possible. It’s a very pricey hotel for the condition they offer. I don’t mind staying in an old hotel, but this one was the worst. I’ve found better deals and better bedroom conditions at hotels near Narita stn.

The room was small, but the facilities were awesome 👏 and the staff treated us very kindly. The service was affordable, and the food was great, especially the curry. I especially liked the bread with magarin and strawberry 🍓 jam. I’d definitely recommend this place to visitors.

I stayed here for a few days 2 yrs. ago and loved it. It’s simple, clean, and quiet, and the staff are so friendly, courteous, and hospitable. One of my favorite hotels. 😊 👌👌 👍👍 👏👏

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the hotel is near Shin Utsonomiya station. It’s a bit old, but not bad.
