The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC actually let me cool it down, which I really needed since I run hot. We were on the 15 floor and watched a gorgeous sunset, then went to the Liond'or lounge for oishii drinks and a great end to the evening. Service was excellent from check-in through checkout. Highly recommend, and thank you!

We had a small room issue at check-in, and Sajan at reception was extremely helpful getting it sorted. Since we don’t know Japanese, having someone who spoke English made a real difference. We had a great stay, and the service throughout was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

We got caught in a downpour on the walk over from Niigata Station, but a staff member saw us coming and met us at the lobby door with dry towels. Such a thoughtful start to a stay with great service. We loved it and will definitely come back.

The rooms were bigger than I expected compared with hotels in the other Japanese cities I’ve visited. There’s both Japanese and Western breakfast, and the staff’s English was good enough for us to understand each other. I think it’s a good option for foreign visitors.

We spent three nights in a bright, spacious suite and were happy with the location, service, facilities, amenities, and breakfast. The gym was roomy and had cardio equipment and weights, so it worked well for a workout. I’d stay here again when I’m in the area.
