The rooms are small but clean, and there’s parking with lots of stores very close by. I was given a smoking room on the first night even though I’d booked a non-smoking one, and they couldn’t change it then, which really annoyed me. They moved me to a non-smoking room the next day. When a typhoon left me stuck in the city, extending my stay was easy with just a quick notice. Staff could communicate in English, but only with simple words and questions.

I really liked the breakfast selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for me. I’ll definitely stay here again.

For this area, this is the best hotel. The rooms have a modern look, with a clean bed, TV, private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, sink, toilet, and clean towels. The staff are friendly, dependable, and professional.

The beds were hard, and the rooms felt small and dated. It was clean, and the public baths were simple. I wouldn’t bother with breakfast.

There are a few places to eat local food nearby. The hot spring is on the ground floor, and the service at the restaurant was nice overall.
