The room was spacious and clean, and having two bathrooms worked well for our larger family. I stayed here while visiting my hometown. There were a few practical issues: both provided chargers were broken, the bath chair was unusually small and should be a normal size, and a towel rack by the sink would be useful. The washing machine and bathroom dryer were convenient, though a clip hanger for small items would have helped. There was a little hanger on the balcony, but it was dirty, so I couldn't use it. Finding the property was a bit tricky. Parking under the overpass in front of the nearby Lawson made it about a three-minute walk. Tenkachaya shopping street has several izakayas, and I'd recommend Harukoma for its delicious sashimi. All in all, I recommend the hotel.

The place was spacious, clean and well kept, and my family and I had a great time. The neighborhood felt quiet and peaceful, quite different from other accommodation in Namba. It's a low-rise villa area with lots of narrow lanes and many older residents. There are a mid-sized supermarket, Lawson and 7-Eleven within five minutes for picking up a few things. Matsudacho Station for the Hankai Tram is four minutes away on foot. Get off at Shin-Imamiya-ekimae Station for the Mega Don Quijote Shinsekai branch, close enough that we went often. Check the timetable on Google Maps first. The fare is always 230 yen, paid at the front door when you get off. From there I went to Tennoji Station to shop for souvenirs and other things at the department store. There's also a market, a 100-yen shop and a large supermarket about ten minutes away, which was fun to explore. The lanes around the house get quite dark, though, and I felt a little scared going out alone at night. Downstairs, the entrance opens into a kitchen with a sofa. The living room has a TV, a long low table and a sliding closet with spare blankets. There's a separate squat toilet at the end of the hall beyond the living room. The kitchen and living room have air conditioners that also work as dry heaters. To keep warm, you need to shut all the doors; there's a draft in the hallway, so winter is cold, lol. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper, an iron, a thermometer, a dust collector, a vacuum, a microwave, an induction cooktop, a coffee pot and more. Instructions were provided and I made good use of everything. In one corner there's a separate standing shower and bathtub with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The washer and sink are in front of the tub, with liquid detergent and a small drying rack. That was handy for our multi-night stay. The tub has drying, heating, cooling and exhaust modes. I warmed the air before bathing, used the water heater for a hot bath, then switched on ventilation afterward. It was nice and kept the room cool. hahaha Mind the stairs to the second floor, especially children and older people. Hold the pole firmly. 🤯😱😨 There are spare blankets in the upstairs living room closet, and another toilet upstairs. The master bedroom has two large beds, and both it and the living room have air conditioning and dry heaters. There's a balcony, but the handle was tied with a rope, so I didn't go outside. The whole house had everything we needed. Thank you for being so thoughtful! 🤗🤭😳😁😁

The neighborhood feels more like the countryside than a shopping or business district, and it gets quite dark in the evening. Many older people live nearby. A train ride costs 230 JPY no matter how far you go. The accommodation has two floors and can sleep 8 to 9 guests. Downstairs there’s a TV room with floor seating, plus a kitchen and living area. You’ll also find a toilet, shower room, and bathroom on this floor. Upstairs are a bedroom with two beds, a tatami-style room, and another toilet. Air conditioning and heating control the temperature throughout, and the hot water works well. The kitchen has an induction cooktop and basic dishes.
