We stayed in room 407, at the back of the building, so train noise didn't get through. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities, including soap and a kitchenette. The pillow was quite thin, though. If you usually need a thick pillow, that could be a problem. It wasn't a big deal for me since the sofa cushion worked perfectly well as a pillow.

Just a minute's walk away, there's a huge affordable grocery store and a 100 yen shop, and the apartment is only minutes from the train station. It was really well equipped, with a kitchen, washing machine, and a drying room that worked exceptionally well. What a fantastic apartment.

Everything was clean when we arrived, and the rooms were good. Noda station and Tamagawa subway station are both less than a five-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The only drawback was the train noise.

Trains ran from 5 a.m. until midnight, leaving only about five hours of quiet for sleep. They came by every few minutes and sounded like thunder in the room. The hotel faces a busy above-ground JR line, and the single-glazed windows offered no real noise insulation. It was the noisiest room I've ever stayed in. After the first night, I bought noise-cancelling headphones, which helped a little. I asked for a quiet room when booking, but got one at the front. The next day I asked to move somewhere quieter and was told there were no other rooms available. The apartment was a good size, with a separate bedroom, small kitchen, and washing machine, which was handy. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, so I couldn't shut the door. The hallway carpet was heavily stained and smelled musty, though online check-in was efficient. You'd need to be an exceptionally heavy sleeper or use noise-cancelling headphones to get any sleep here.
