Keep the check-in timing in mind: you can only get the apartment entry code after 3:00 pm. You can arrive earlier to drop off your luggage, but there’s no lobby or seating, so you’d be waiting outside. Staff aren’t working from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm either, so you won’t be able to meet them then.

The room was spacious and the fixtures all seemed recent and nice. There are two shower areas, but neither has its own changing space, which limits how useful they are. The nearby road gets a lot of emergency vehicles, and the sound insulation isn’t great. You can hear the sirens, as well as trams slowing down after the intersection.

We stayed June 16-19, 2024, with eight people on the fifth floor. There were two full bedrooms and one tatami room. The place had modern features, including fast internet and one machine for washing and drying. There were two bathrooms, one with a tub, plus two separate toilets/urinals. The location was convenient, right across from Abeno Mass Rapid Train/Subway, near a shopping center, and the place was cozy. They provided a capsule and toiletries, including a blanket, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The only downside was hearing ambulance sirens every few hours.

The apartment was roomy and close to a station, a mall, and 7 eleven. We’d consider staying here again next time we’re in Osaka.
