I had a comfortable night, and the room turned out roomier than I expected for this kind of hotel. The free breakfast was a nice surprise: it was described as onigiri only, but there was bread, jam, and black tea too. A good option for business travellers on a budget.

Good location, and the free breakfast is a plus. The rooms are a little small, but it works fine as a budget hotel for a couple of nights.

The facilities are good, but some staff seemed nervous about speaking English with foreign customers. That’s not how receptionists should handle things.

The food was great and the service was great too. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Japan, and I recommend it 100%.

A nightmare. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
