Comfort Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi

The rooms are small, which I expected since some hotels in Japan have limited space. Still, the hotel was clean, and the cafe gave us a nice place to eat and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaners did a great job, and breakfast was a nice extra. Getting around was easy, and you can walk to popular areas like Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Dotonbori. I’d recommend it for a first Osaka visit like mine.

We misjudged how well we’d cope with the heating in winter. Ms Chika at the front desk quickly understood the problem and helped by switching the room’s airflow to fan-only mode and lending us two small fans. We could sleep with the windows closed to keep out the busy night noise from the side streets. She was quick-thinking, friendly, reassuring, and very helpful, and we’re so grateful. The rest of the staff were accommodating and helpful too. We enjoyed the stay and the amazing breakfast. The hotel is simple, clean, friendly, and thoughtfully put together.

We spent five nights at Comfort Hotel Shinsaibashi and found the atmosphere calm and welcoming. Staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent for getting around, with Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori, restaurants, convenience stores, and metro stations all close by.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I felt safe and at ease the whole time. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Everything from the location to the stay itself was great, and I’d gladly choose this hotel again and recommend it.
