We got an early check-in, which was really great. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The washing machine and kitchenette were especially handy, and for a four-night stay the location was excellent. Ebisucho Station is around a 3-4 minute walk, Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower are walkable, and Namba is easy to reach. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby too. Housekeeping was the one drawback. The room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay, just given fresh towels. I understand some places have limited cleaning, but even a light clean or trash removal once during a multi-night stay would have made things more comfortable.

A bit run down, but it was clean and had what I needed for a pleasant stay. The water gets VERY hot, so be careful. Checking in was easy, and the host was quick to respond and helpful.

The washlet toilet was a favorite, along with all the useful room amenities. We could boil eggs and water, fry beef we bought at the supermarket, and do our laundry. The bathroom also has a heating function, which warmed up the clothes dried on the balcony so they weren’t cold when we put them on.

If you like walking and want to save on public transport, this is a handy place to stay. I walked to Shinsekai, the main Namba area, DenDen town, Tennoji Zoo, and a few other places too. I had a pretty good experience overall.

It’s quiet because it’s tucked on a side street, and there are three stations nearby. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a great view if you get one on a higher floor. I stayed four nights and almost wish I’d booked longer. A really comfortable place in Osaka.
