The room on the 33rd floor had stunning Osaka views, and it was the nicest room we had during two weeks of mostly 5 star hotels in Japan. The new Four Seasons is beautiful and elegant, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast at Jardin was delicious and well done, and the Sky Lounge is beautiful too. I just wish the bar had a more complete menu. The stay felt refined and comfortable.

The location isn’t the most central, but taxis are always available and made getting around easy, so it didn’t take away from our stay. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with lovely views and a modern style that doesn’t feel overdone. We felt relaxed and looked after. Service was warm, precise and attentive, and every interaction felt effortless. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Japan; the Chinese restaurant and rooftop bar were fantastic too. We loved our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Osaka.

They had thoughtful touches for families with babies, including a gorgeous cot, a breakfast highchair and a welcome basket. On a cold day or night, they even gave us hand warmers as we left, which were practical and very welcome. The infinity pool and sauna were gorgeous and kept immaculately. Our room was absolute perfection, with beautiful views and a couch that wrapped around. Above all, the staff were warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I adored the experience, possibly my favourite hotel ever. Thank you!

We stayed five nights, and the rooms had everything we needed, with comfortable beds, nice Osaka views and an extra big bath for soaking. There’s plenty within walking distance, and the staff were warm and accommodating. A special thank you to the Sabo lounge staff, Sakura, Iris, Ayana, Kaman, Monica and Yuri. We loved having a whiskey there and watching the sunset. The Chinese restaurant on the top floor was lovely for a special meal. I recommend the Peking Duck and Pork Belly. We’re looking forward to coming back on our next trip to Japan.

We celebrated our birthday at Four Seasons Osaka in January, and the whole team made us feel welcome and well cared for. I’d mentioned the birthday ahead of time, and they prepared everything beautifully, just as in the photos. Manager Vicky deserves a special thank you for arranging it all so thoughtfully, including a lovely handwritten card. Their service had already exceeded our expectations before we even arrived. We’re looking forward to staying again.
