There are good things here: it’s affordable, clean, and safe. Having a kitchen and laundry was useful, and they helped forward our luggage. The bed was okay and quite firm, and my 6’5 boyfriend fit easily. He was happy with the place, and I sleep well, so even though the train entrance is right nearby and brings some noise, I counted that convenience as a plus. I’m more sensitive to the room setup. The windows are covered in film on both layers of glass, and it felt unfair not to have even one clear pane. The room feels a bit like a basement, and the lighting was awful and agitating for me. Natural light might have helped, but there wasn’t much coming through. The bedside table was missing, so there was no bedside lamp, and the overhead light was harsh. There’s no full-length mirror either, which is handy when you want to check how you look before heading out. The windows were a shock to us, though maybe this is more common here than we realize. I wish the lamps shown in the photos had actually been there. Please update the rooms with a simple full-length mirror.

This is a clean, well-kept unit in the nakasakicho area, close to a fresh supermarket and JR station. There are lots of cute cafes and good restaurants nearby. A dining table and a few more basic kitchen items would have made our stay more convenient.

Liz3 Guest House was spotless and very well maintained, and the room was huge, so it was comfortable. The kitchen was a good size, well equipped, and super convenient for what I needed. Big thanks to the team for the warm welcome and great service. I’d highly recommend it! 😊

Everything was fine. Even though the hotel is near the train, we all slept well. The only problem was the dryer, which kept running for a very long time and wouldn’t switch off. We had to find another dryer in the laundry so we wouldn’t go home with wet clothes.

The location made this work really well for our group of six: the subway is about two minutes away, and Osaka/Umeda station is a 15-minute walk. We shared one large room and one bathroom. It’s basic, but had what we needed. The host was quick to reply on WhatsApp and let us leave our bags in the room after checkout until it was time to go.
