Great location, but the rooms and service weren’t in good condition. We also had to pay extra for the hot springs even though we weren’t going to use them.

The rooms were comfortable, and I really enjoyed the sauna and onsen. I chose this hotel to explore americamura and the vintage streets opposite it. Just what I’d expect from Livemax! ❤️

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and spoke English. The laundromat was convenient and well maintained. If you’re staying here, the spring water facilities on the 14th floor are worth trying. The sauna gets properly hot, unlike some newer models. Good value for the price.

The room's location and its microwave were the only things that earned it two stars from me. There was no real breakfast, just a small packed meal with no alternatives, so if you didn't like what was in it, you were out of luck. The shower screen looked filthy, and the bathroom was so cramped I could barely get to the toilet with the door shut. I know these Japanese hotels have small rooms, having stayed in several, but the bed was absurdly small for two adults. I've paid the same money for much better places.

After a long day walking, the Onsen and sauna were a great treat and absolutely worth using. The hotel is close to two konbinis and three different stations, too. For what you pay, it's hard to beat. I'd recommend it.
