IZAWA

We were a family of five, and the place was cheaper than a hotel with easy access to major sights. The interior was fun enough that the kids wanted to get back quickly even while we were out sightseeing. The room was clean, the hairdryer was good quality, and we were glad to have a coffee maker. A couple of things bothered us: the larger areas were dust-free, but there was dust in some small interior details and on the globe. Also, even with the blinds closed at night, people outside could see everything when the lights were on. We got several emails before the stay, but the text was garbled and unreadable each time. I replied a few times to say I couldn’t read them. They responded quickly to my emails and SMS, which was helpful. We’ll use the service again if we get the chance.

The design had lots of playful Osaka touches, from a sushi-shaped faucet to a Moai-shaped tissue holder, and I really enjoyed staying there. It was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly, though I would have liked pajamas to be provided. It’s easy to reach from the station, and there’s a parking area and convenience store close by. I’d definitely come back!

There were four of us, and the space felt roomy with two toilets, two washrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. The distinctive interior had lots of details that gave it an Osaka feel, which was great.

The room was full of interesting decor, and I had a really enjoyable stay. It was clean and comfortable, and I was surprised by how good the hairdryer and amenities were.
