We were seven adults and two toddlers, and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The living room and kitchen made a great place for us to spend time together, and the tatami dining table was convenient with the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the washer-dryer, dishwasher, and steam wash machines were especially useful. The team was responsive, check-in was easy, and the stay was very comfortable. It’s around 20 minutes from Dotonbori, so if walking is difficult, allow enough for cabs. There’s a 7-eleven right next door, which was handy. A great place for a family or large group if you don’t mind being outside the city center and want more room.

We stayed for a week, two families with six adults and three kids. The place was clean and comfortable, with privacy for each family, and the kids had a great time. There’s a 7-11 downstairs, and the kids could relax on the balcony and in the tatami area. We had a small issue with the AC, but staff came right away and fixed it. The station was a bit of a walk for the kids, so we rented a car. The paid parking was right there and fairly cheap, 1500 JPY for 24 hours. We had a great stay and highly recommend it for a big group in Osaka.

There’s a 7-Eleven right beside the apartment, and the house was really clean. The owners were quick to respond too. I’d be happy to stay again.

We had plenty of room for our whole family, including both sets of parents, and the several bedrooms and bathrooms meant nobody was inconvenienced. The place was comfortable, and we had a lovely time. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked fully equipped, so it seems well suited to a big group.
