There was nowhere to put clothes, not even a small space, and the room smelled. When I checked in around 5 pm, I asked for two extra pillows and was told they’d be left in my room. They weren’t there when I came back around 9 pm. I asked again, waited an hour, then asked once more. It took three requests and still didn’t get sorted. The Wi-Fi was another mess and wouldn’t connect. This is a ridiculous hotel, don’t choose it.

The breakfast tasted great, the price and location were good, and the amenities were really nice. My room was proper and comfortable too. I loved the hotel and the city so much that I extended my Osaka stay by one more day.
