We were on the 51st floor and had an amazing view of Osaka. The rooms were spacious, with the toilet and bathroom separate, and I was impressed by how many amenities were replenished each day. Staff were friendly and spoke English. The hotel sits right above Tennoji station, with several malls nearby, which made getting around easy. The main drawback was the time it took to get up and down such a tall hotel. For a big five-star place, I also expected a swimming pool. Still, I’d stay again for the convenient location.

We spent four nights on the 50th floor, and the night view was absolutely stunning. The staff gave excellent service, including turndown service, while the lounge and breakfast were just average. The hotel is right by Tennoji Station and several department stores, so shopping is easy. Q’s Mall even has a dedicated ON running shoe store.

The views are nice, but that was the only highlight for me. Unless you plan to spend half the day in your room staring at the sky, I’d take my money elsewhere. If you book early in the right season, you’ll only have to pay a little more for The Station. The Westin’s renovation should be finished next year, and Shisui is another option for spending your cash out of town. I wouldn’t recommend this for Bonvoy Elite members. You have to keep asking for your Elite benefits to be considered, and they make it feel like they’re doing you a favor.

After three days exploring different parts of Osaka, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s comfortable, the setting feels more local and relaxed, and it’s easy to get around the city from here. There are huge amounts of shopping and dining, plus several train connections right under the hotel. The views are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage, and everything was super clean.

The staff were all genuinely nice, and the rooms stayed tidy and well-maintained. We had a stunning view from the room, and being near the JR station made getting around incredibly convenient. A comfortable place with easy access to transport.
