The rooms are clean, the WiFi is fast, and they provide nice body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. But the toilets sometimes need several flushes to clear stool, and the beds and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. They could use an upgrade, or offer a choice of firmer and softer ones. Laundry service is available, though it isn’t cheap. Noise was a big problem for me. I could hear talking from the room above, and I stayed in room 1563, directly below the restaurant on the 16th floor. The constant knocking from people walking in dress shoes or high heels was maddening. They moved me to a room on the 14th floor, but the neighbor above was noisy there too. The building seems poorly constructed, since footsteps upstairs come through the ceiling with a loud boom. If someone above you walks heel-first, it can sound like drums with heavy bass.

I went to a bridal fair, but this didn’t feel like the right wedding venue for me. The planner wasn’t a bad person, though they were very businesslike and I didn’t really connect with them. The reception hall reminded me of a slightly upscale community center, and with the large room divided by partitions, it definitely had a conference-room feel. The chapel didn’t leave much of an impression either. The hotel sits between a business hotel and a luxury one, with a simple, stylish dark-brown wood interior and a lobby full of business people. There are plenty of shops, so visitors can find ways to pass the time. It’s directly connected to Nakatsu Station and about five minutes from Umeda and Shin-Osaka Stations, and it offers stylish weddings at reasonable prices. A quiet spot in the middle of a busy area, with the tram right there, almost like calling a taxi from your doorstep. Very convenient.
