It works like an apartment hotel, with no front desk, so everything is handled online. Best to get the check-in details before you arrive. My room had a queen bed, two sofa beds, a washing machine and a kitchen. There was room to open three cabin-size suitcases and still walk around.

For the price, it’s definitely worth considering. The room has no TV, so families with kids should keep that in mind. We could walk to OCAT and take a nice stroll to the dotonbori area, with a few konbinis nearby. We also got lots of coupons for coffee at the cafe, and the cafe staff were nice. There was a WeChat QR Code in the room for contacting the property staff, but it didn’t work. They may need a quicker way for guests to get in touch. Also, to enter the main lobby, the sequence is Room call, Call, then Pin. The email instructions had that wrong.

The condo is in a really good spot near Dotonbori, and I’d definitely come back. The room was spacious and nice. We got a few snacks and coupons for free coffee at the cafe downstairs, and there was a washing machine for our clothes.

First time in Osaka and I enjoyed it a lot. namba riverside garden hotel was a good place to stay, with a handy location for getting around and all the amenities I needed. I’d recommend staying here.

The room and amenities are great, with a stove and washer. The instructions were clear and getting into the room was easy, but the Wi-Fi password posted inside was wrong. I emailed to ask for the correct one, and got another question instead of help. The automatic reply came quickly, but I’d included what I entered and pictures, so a direct answer would’ve been better. Wi-Fi can be hard to find when you’re abroad. Luckily I had mobile data, and eventually took a photo of the router to get the right password. Wish there were a way to give 4.5 stars.
