We’re a family of four based in the UAE and were due to travel from the UAE to Japan from 17 to 27 March. With the current situation in the UAE and widespread flight cancellations, we can’t make the trip as planned. Our booking was for four nights and cost JPY 86,000, a significant amount. We asked the hotel for a refund, a change of dates, or credit toward a future stay, but every request was declined. It’s deeply disappointing that the property showed no willingness to offer a reasonable or empathetic solution in circumstances that clearly qualify as force majeure. The rejection message ended by saying, “We sincerely hope your circumstances improve and that we might still have the chance to host you in Osaka under better conditions.” That felt insensitive and tone-deaf given what happened. We hope the property will reconsider and offer a fair and compassionate refund.

The neighborhood was very quiet, and getting into the apartment was easy with the instructions provided. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to messages. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of room for the three of us, and it was right beside a subway entrance, making it easy to get around. Great value for an apartment hotel.

The neighborhood was a real plus, with a great pizza place nearby, a Lawson convenience store down the road, and both the subway and Osaka castle close by. The owner made us feel welcome and gave clear, helpful instructions. The whole place was tidy and very clean. We had a really nice stay.

We spent about two weeks here as a family and found it comfortable and good value. The apartment was pleasant, practical, and conveniently located. Check-in and check-out were self-service. There’s a lovely cafe right next door, and mini markets, convenience stores, restaurants, and pubs are all an easy walk away.
