The bed creaked, and the room felt worn down, dirty, and short on facilities. I came here for the first time because the cheaper hotels were full, but I won't return. Beside reception there was an amenities corner, and I assumed the room would have a razor, so I went upstairs without checking. When I called to ask for one, they said, “We don't have razors.” I accepted that since I hadn't checked what was included, but on the way out I saw razors clearly labeled at the amenities corner. I don't know if they were just being lazy, but that was unacceptable.
