The room was huge, and the price was reasonable!

There was blood on the mattress pad in Room 410, an H-rank room. No idea what happened (wry laugh). Maybe a nosebleed, but it was disgusting, so I slept over on the other side. The shower pressure was weak, and the showerhead was missing when I first tried to use it. Maybe they remove it to prevent mold, but that felt gross too, since who knows what the previous guest did. I used only the tap. The bathtub had its stopper in and about two buckets of water, which put me off using it. Service was average. I'm not a member, so I can't really comment on that. Do they even clean? I'm never coming back.

The room was huge, with great service for a weekday price of around 10,000 yen. I couldn't use a coupon because I already had a reservation, but it would be a really good deal if you could get one without booking and use a coupon. There was a water dispenser and even a coffee maker. I was surprised to see a traditional Japanese hearth (Irori), too (o´∀`o). We had a great time watching a movie on the big screen with the projector. Thanks!

Room 405, the President's Room, looked beautiful and luxurious, with a sauna, rock sauna, and open-air bath. The facilities were very good, and I'd like to stay again. I was generally satisfied, but the sink on the left was completely clogged with hair. It made a gross gurgling sound when I ran water. The hair dryer made a strange noise, like it could break at any moment, which was scary. The tablet in the room was broken, so all orders had to be made by phone. I'd heard there was free fruit, but none was there when I checked in. The sink clearly needs proper cleaning, and I hope they replace the hair dryer. If you're thinking of Room 405, be aware that these things may still be the same.
