The rooms are clean and have a reasonable range of amenities. You do everything from check-in through payment on touch panels, so there's no need to meet staff in person. Just be aware that sometimes the TV is out for maintenance, or the remote buttons don't respond.

During the holiday discount, the price was the second cheapest after OMY, which I liked. They'd only left one toothbrush, but I called the front desk and another arrived right away. The room also had a coffee mill and beans, so I could make fresh coffee, though I guess that depends on the room grade. There wasn't a hot water dispenser, so I used the water cooler and couldn't judge how much water to add. My coffee ended up a little weak. A hot water dispenser or cups sized for the coffee would have helped.

Even the lower-ranked rooms are clean and well equipped, and the higher-ranked ones are better still. The place is spacious, clean, and really great. There's free Wi-Fi, and the room, toilet, and bathroom are separate, so toilet noise won't bother you while you're relaxing. There are fancy-looking wine glasses, plus a fridge and freezer. In better rooms, there's what seems to be a water dispenser with free drinking water. They also serve food, though it seems to be frozen.
