The little extras made this stay feel especially thoughtful. There was a complimentary welcome drink, including local sake, and free soba ramen at night, both lovely ways to wind down. Breakfast was another standout, with fresh Japanese and Western choices and local touches. We stayed in a premium double that felt spacious by Japanese standards, clean, well equipped, and relaxing after a day exploring Sendai. Staff were warm and efficient from check-in onward, and everything felt comfortable and easy. Highly recommended for the value and hospitality.

We had such a good time here over the New Year holiday. The lobby had welcome drinks and snacks, and both the amenities and service were high quality and really impressed us. I especially recommend the buffet breakfast. I'm sure I'd pick this hotel again on a future trip to the Sendai area. Thank you so much for looking after us!

The free soft serve and snacks were a fun bonus, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. I slept well in the comfortable bed, and the location was convenient. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Sendai.

A classic-feeling hotel in a really handy spot, right by the shopping district and close to a convenience store. Sendai Station is only about a 7-8 minute walk away.

They really take care of you here. Coffee is available all day, there’s unlimited ice cream, and free duck soba noodles from 8 to 10. When I couldn’t sleep, I even grabbed a face mask from reception, which was a nice bit of pampering for my tired eyes. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while, with scrambled eggs, mackerel, salmon, prawn red curry, plus salad, cereal, noodles, bread, jams, and yoghurt. Fantastic hotel.
