The outdoor onsen was great and never felt too crowded. Everyone was really nice and clearly cared about good service. My favorite was the woman who served us breakfast and dinner. Dinner was delicious, but such a huge meal that I couldn't finish it all. Breakfast was a good-sized portion and yummy too. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a shared shower, and there was an onsen on the balcony with a sunset view. From the inn it's a short walk downhill to the steps, though coming back means walking uphill. The women at check-in were especially helpful, making sure I understood the house rules. Good value, and highly recommended.

The facilities were nice and the location worked well for our bike tour, though we only got to stay briefly. Our hosts kindly let us lock our bikes away safely inside, in the storage area by the car park. We stayed one night in October 2025.

The onsen was wonderful, and it's a beautiful place. The customer service was the best I experienced on my trip to Japan. Highly recommend. ❤️

At 20,000 yen per person, I didn't feel this stay was worth the price. The onsen was much smaller than I expected, and its restricted hours made it hard to enjoy properly. The hotel was extremely cold inside, and the staff weren't flexible when we made requests. The facility itself is very old and needs renovation. I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.
