N.Y. Soho Cafe Style Inn.Marty Mouse(ＮＹカフェ風の宿マーティマウス)

I can’t recommend staying here. The parking area is narrow and steep, fits only two or three cars, and a bad move could send a car over the cliff. The outside looked awful, and inside we were handed cheap, dirty sandals. The worst part was the stale air in the room, it felt hard to breathe. Beetles kept dropping down in the middle of the night, and there wasn’t enough hot water for the bath, so we had to use cold water. If you’ve booked already, change it right away. This was the worst.

I booked at the last minute, then had to cancel because of a change in circumstances. They told me the cancellation fee would be high even though they had no record of my reservation. They said they’d call back, but never did, and they didn’t answer when I called either. I wound up paying a cancellation fee. After seeing the other reviews, though, I think not staying there was probably the right call. The service was terrible.
