La Colina Retreat

The location is very close to the ski resort, but think it through before booking. There's just one heater and no electric blankets, so the first floor gets very cold. There are no stairs, which makes getting around with large luggage difficult. The toilet has no bidet, and both the living room and TV are very small.

Being tucked at the foot of a hillside made it feel like we were right in nature, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable from the first minute. For a more authentic experience of what the area offers, I'd suggest hiring the staff as guides for the day. Huge hug to you all, keep up the great work!

The staff were very nice and seemed well-intentioned, but the organization was a disaster. After the quote was settled, we heard nothing until the afternoon before the trip, despite sending several emails. On the first day, their lack of knowledge about how the equipment worked cost us over an hour and a half, with no clear fix. They tried sorting it out over WhatsApp instead of calling, and that caused misunderstandings. It left us with completely unnecessary uncertainty during our vacation.

A great way to experience local life and real nature, or to go skiing if you're visiting in winter. The facilities are excellent, and the staff's service was exceptional.
