Hotel Yutaka Wing

Just an average hotel, but having a free shuttle to the airport is good.

Posting this very late, but it was a great, really quiet place.

The walls were thin enough that I could hear people talking in a room three doors ahead, diagonally across the hall. The coin laundry was in what looked like a tool shed in the underground parking, so I never felt my clothes had really been washed. There was nowhere to buy food nearby, and the hotel's instant noodle vending machine was broken, so I had to go to the next station for a meal. There was nowhere to hang clothes, and I got only one key for a twin room. The large public bath was broken and unusable. Dust stood out in the carpet corners, the bath smelled so bad I couldn't bear to use it, and the pillows made my ears itch overnight. At this price, the quality was a shock. It felt like they were banking too much on being near Kansai Airport. I could have put up with everything for half the price. A cheaper guesthouse would be much better. I'll never stay here again. Don't stay here.

There's not much around, and the room was dirty. The bathroom had mold everywhere, and the whole room smelled bad. There was a refrigerator but no humidifier, though the air felt so damp that one hardly seemed necessary. My room had plenty of outlets. The station was a five-minute walk away. From there, it was two stops, a transfer, then two more stops to Kansai Airport. I was a little worried it cost so much for Osaka given the room quality: 7,500 yen for one night, starting the third Saturday in May.
