We got a warm welcome from the reception staff, and dinner came with free curry. Breakfast was free as well. The station is nearby, and parking for our car didn't cost anything. A beautiful pond and natural area for outdoor workouts is about a 20-minute walk away.

My stay here was awful. They advertised free parking, which was what I needed, but when I arrived all six spaces were full. I had to use an off-site lot and pay 500 yen. Then I found a dried blood puddle on the comforter and a bloody handprint in the room. The front desk wouldn't refund me. I booked through Expedia, and they're still waiting for the hotel to approve a refund. Be careful with this place.

It's a quiet place and the room isn't expensive. There's a convenience store near the hotel, and the train station is close too.
