The apartments we got looked nothing like the furnished places shown in the listing. There was no furniture, just two mattresses on the floor. We booked two apartments at 9STAY for New Year’s 2025 based on the online photos, which showed beds, couches, and proper amenities. I uploaded screenshots of the listing, photos of the apartments we actually received, and an email from the property admitting the listing was inaccurate. They still refused to refund us. This felt like blatant false advertising and caused a lot of stress. I wouldn’t book here. The pictures with multiple furnished views are from the Booking.Com listing. The floor mattress photos show the actual apartment.

The room was fully equipped, with a kitchen and dining table, even if it wasn’t as fancy as the photos suggested. The price was reasonable, so I’d consider staying here again on another Tokyo trip.
