Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel

I only had two nights here because my travel schedule was tight, but I'd love to stay several days next time. The staff were so thoughtful: whenever I went out and came back, my room had been tidied perfectly. They even cleaned and arranged the bathroom neatly while I stepped out early one morning for a bike city tour. I'm truly grateful for their attention to the little things. The view was wonderful, and getting there from Narita was easy by JR train to Shibuya Station. The hotel is close to the station and Shibuya's main street.

Our room was well appointed, and the facilities and location in Shibuya were great, close to shopping and fine dining. The staff were courteous and professional. Guests in Cerulean executive floor rooms can use the executive lounge beside the lobby for snacks and drinks. We were very happy with our stay.

The 49th-floor bar was a highlight, with the BEST VIEW, good food and cocktails, and piano music. The staff were amazingly kind, and the rooms and service were just as good. This is the best-located hotel in Shibuya. I loved every day I spent at the Cerulean Tower Hotel.

The room we got was set up with two twin beds, even though we thought we'd booked a king through a third-party platform. There was a fee to upgrade, but the hotel gave us a 50% discount on it, which was nice. The rooms were nice, larger, and recently upgraded. The location makes it hard to beat for getting around the city. Aside from the booking mix-up, I'd recommend the place.
