The executive rooms are spacious, and housekeeping was good. Staff were great, with stations and convenience stores within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was small for a hotel of this size, but the food was good. The lobby coffee machine wasn’t very reliable. It was a good stay. Just make sure you don’t confuse it with Citadines central Shinjuku!

The staff really stood out, they were top-notch and very helpful. The rooms were a decent size, especially for Tokyo, and the breakfast was very good and great value. It’s a fantastic hotel in Shinjuku with an excellent location. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.
I’ve been at Citadines Shinjuku for about a month so far, as part of a three-month stay, and things have been excellent. It works like a good mix of home and hotel, and I’m enjoying my time here. Thanks, Citadines. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped, which suits a longer stay. Having a kitchenette and laundry facilities makes everyday life convenient, and housekeeping is consistent. Everything is kept to a high standard. The staff are friendly and professional, and always willing to help. The location is good too, close to Shinjuku’s main areas but quiet and peaceful enough to relax after a busy day. I’d highly recommend it for a short or long visit to Tokyo.
For the price, it’s good value. The room has plenty of space by Tokyo standards, including room to open two large suitcases, and there’s a small kitchenette for cooking. There’s a bathtub too. It’s about a five-minute walk from the subway and within walking distance of Shinjuku.
This was my second stay in two years, and the room size is good value for Tokyo. I had an executive studio with a kitchenette, strong WiFi, and air conditioning and heat that kept it comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there’s a small gym with three treadmills. The location worked well for me since I like walking around and exploring Shinjuku. It’s a fun area, with convenience stores and a small market no more than five minutes away. Breakfast is available for a fee, though I didn’t try it.
