The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel at home. My room was comfortable, well kept, and had everything I needed to relax. From arrival onward, the stay felt smooth, clean, and welcoming. Wally, the hotel manager, deserves a special mention. He was professional and attentive, and made sure I felt looked after throughout my stay. You can tell he cares about guests and takes pride in running the hotel. I was very happy with the experience, would gladly stay again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a stress-free visit.

The executive lounge was a highlight for me, with a great range of food and drinks even in the evening. Breakfast also had lots of choices, and everything was delicious. The staff were professional and very helpful throughout my stay, and my room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful city view. Hilton Tokyo is in a super convenient part of Shinjuku, with easy public transport access and plenty of nearby shops, including Alpen, Don Quijote, and Uniqlo, plus restaurants. I had a great stay and highly recommend it for a trip to Tokyo.

We keep coming back to Hilton Tokyo because the people make it feel like home. On this, our third visit to Japan and third stay here, Esuke at Zatta Bar remembered us from our Christmas trip, and Waly Chacon, the Journey Ambassador Manager, recognized us from both earlier visits. It’s striking that they remember us despite meeting so many guests each year. Their personal welcome made the stay memorable. We also love the amenities and the handy location for exploring different parts of the city. See you next time, Hilton Tokyo.

Being just a few minutes’ walk from the busy Shinjuku area made getting around easy, and the regular shuttles to Shinjuku Station were helpful if you didn’t want to walk. We’d choose this hotel again when we’re back in town. Maya made check-in friendly and smooth, recognized my Hilton status, and upgraded us to a Junior suite. She also gave my daughter some games that she absolutely loved. Breakfast in the lobby each morning had a huge selection, with regional specialties, made-to-order counters, cappuccinos, and even authentic Indian options. The executive lounge had great evening snacks too, including samosas. Everything felt just perfect.

The service was the highlight, with Waly and everyone we met being so welcoming, professional, and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip. The hotel is central, and its shuttle to and from Shinjuku Station made it easy to get around. Our rooms were spacious, well kept, and had awesome views. The amenities were really nice, the restaurants offered a good range, and the food was superb. Breakfast had something for everyone in our family. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in, and I highly recommend it.
