The only thing that bothered me was having no stairs to use. At busy times I had to wait and wait for the lifts, and I would've much preferred a quick trip up or down on foot. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay. The compact room was practical, clean, and quiet, the staff were extremely friendly, and having a 7-11 next door was very convenient.

AeON shopping centre is right across the road, with just about everything, including a nice food court serving Japanese dishes. Near Toyosu Station, there's also the Allaport shopping centre, with modern stores, around 20-30 cafes and restaurants, and another food court. It even has a KFC for anyone who wants one. The hotel is close to Toyosu Station, about a 5-10 minute walk or an AUD $8.00 taxi ride.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the station, with a supermarket and other places nearby, including Aeon and 7/11. I found Aeon cheaper than 7/11 for Japanese goods or a meal. Ginza is around 12 minutes away, and Akihabara takes about 15-20 minutes by train or taxi. The buffet food was great, and the staff were accommodating and able to speak English, so I didn't need a Japanese translator. Everything from the bed to the comfort rooms looked clean, and the internet connection was stable. The rooms we booked had no windows, though I don't know whether that's true of every room.
Getting to a shopping mall on foot was easy from this well-located hotel. The rooms are small, which seems common in Japan, but they were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially since we don't speak Japanese.
Right across the street from Daiso and next to both a 7-Eleven and Family Mart, the hotel is also near train and bus stations, so getting into and out of the city was easy. My room was much larger than I expected and really nice. We managed to communicate with the staff more easily than expected, even with the language gap with some of them. I wish the thermostat had English instructions beside it, but we worked it out pretty easily using phone translation apps.
