Breakfast isn’t included and was 1,980 Yen when I stayed, which felt overpriced, so you can walk to nearby restaurants for better value. For a solo traveler or a couple, I’d pick this over a capsule hotel. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the kiosk lets you choose English. Laundry machines are on the second floor for a fee. Housekeeping comes daily; if you skip room cleaning, they’ll leave fresh towels and a toothbrush in a bag at your door. The place is on a busy street with plenty of food and lights, but the rooms are quiet and fairly well soundproofed from outside noise. Hamamatsucho Daimon Station is within walking distance, and the location in Minato City makes it easy to get around Tokyo. There are 7/11 and Lawson convenience stores about two minutes away, and some of the best local food I tried was only a two or three-minute walk away. Check-in is on the second floor, which can be a little confusing. Rooms are small but perfectly usable, with renovated, efficient interiors and adjustable AC. There’s no closet, just wall racks, plus a small desk in the corner. The bed is about the size of a Full Size, and there are around 10-11 rooms per floor. Bathrooms have a soaking tub and bidet. The TV provides access to free Wifi. I’d stay here again. It’s convenient for restaurants, shops, and transit, and the staff were friendly.
