Living CUBE Tabata Station

A great station in the middle of lots of places, with easy connections to Shinjuku and many other destinations.

I like how the station is laid out, especially around the tracks. To get to the other side, you take an escalator up, turn, then go back down on another escalator. There’s also an open area where you can see your train coming, so you don’t have to rush up the stairs just to check whether it’s arrived. Really convenient.

The area has a quiet, sincere feel, with simple houses, little cafés and gentle hills that make you slow down. At Tabata, the tracks split like different stories, while rail fans can watch trains cross from the platforms under a crisp sky. 🚉🌿 There are great railway views. 👀 Look for the circular exit signs, they’re easy to miss. It’s mostly residential, so plan your food stops ahead of time. The overpass is a quick way to change platforms, and the pedestrian bridge gives train fans good photo angles. Stay behind the lines.

It’s a small, easy-to-navigate station with just four platforms and clear signs. Amenities are pretty standard for a local station, and there are good food and shopping options nearby and in the station.
