This was easily the cleanest and best stay of my month-long trip. The owner was welcoming and really helpful. I'll definitely come back when I visit again!

The owner was lovely and took the time to show us how everything worked. I slept great on the lower bunk during our enjoyable one-night stay. It's a little away from the main sights, but there's a seven 11 nearby and the train is close. I'd recommend it.

I felt safe here as a solo female traveller, and the location made getting around quick with a metro pass. It's in a quiet area and just a short walk from a station. My four-person bunk room had plenty of space and privacy, with a nice shower and bath, and the place was peaceful. The host was so kind and went out of his way to help. I'd happily stay again.

Miyabi residence was a clean, secure, quiet place to stay, and we loved our time there with Aki-san. His thoughtful touches and the lists of places to eat and shop were much appreciated. Arigato gozaimashita Aki-san! We'd love to return 😊

The room was cozy and clean, and our host was very kind. We were close enough to Shinjuku's center, but on a quiet street where we got a good night's sleep. I was lucky to get the room with a balcony and its cute little koi pond. Had a wonderful stay.
