The room hadn't been cleaned at all. There was rubbish and used towels everywhere, and the sheets were a mess. To make matters worse, I was told by phone to choose whichever room I wanted. While looking around, I came across a room with flowers in it, which felt really creepy. There were no staff around, and I only got a call explaining how to enter my room after check-in time. Terrible hotel.
I left without staying the night. I arrived at the scheduled check-in time, but the door was locked and I couldn't get in. Nobody answered the phone, and the email with entry instructions didn't arrive until three hours later. I didn't get an apology email afterward either.
Being right next to the station is a big plus. There aren't any lockers, though, so you have to keep your luggage in your capsule, which probably won't work well if you have a lot of bags. There's no lounge-like area either.
There were no signs, and I spent more than 30 minutes looking around.
