Trunk Hotel Yoyogi Park

The staff made this stay feel warm and welcoming. Every time I came back or walked through reception, it felt a bit like coming home. They were incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel itself was top tier too, from the decor and cleanliness to the breakfast and facilities. Just behind it is a lively street with coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Yoyogi Park is a calm five-minute walk away, while Shibuya is close enough to reach but still feels at a comfortable distance. Such a great location.

We were so pleased with our honeymoon stay that we extended it. The hotel photos matched what we found in person, and the location worked really well, with peaceful Yoyogi Park and busy Shibuya both within walking distance. There are good public transport options nearby too. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the hotel, and their service is what really made this place feel five-star. I’d be proud of them if I owned the hotel. We feel lucky to have found it and are already excited to return.

This was our second visit to Trunk in Yoyogi Park. We came for our engagement the first time, and returned for our honeymoon. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, yet Shibuya is only moments away. The atmosphere feels warm and intimate, and the staff are exceptional. Every part of the stay felt five-star. If you're choosing somewhere to stay in Tokyo, this is an easy pick.

The rooftop pool was the highlight, and the seafood was delicious. I had the best oysters I've ever eaten. The place was very clean and the staff were nice. Rooms are small, though that's pretty common, and the neighborhood is cute, with lots of konbini and coffee shops nearby.
