Getting around was especially convenient because the hotel connects directly to the train station through the underground level. The staff were friendly and explained things clearly, and the rooms felt new, clean, modern, and comfortable for sleeping, with a separate air-conditioning system. It wasn't cramped. The TV supports Netflix if you want to use your own account, and there were plenty of free amenities near reception. Breakfast had a great range of options. The main concern was the heavy dust buildup on the air-conditioning unit. We were there in winter and didn't need either the air conditioning or heater, but this could be a serious problem for guests with allergies. The hotel is comfortable and well located, with good service and breakfast, but the unit needs to be cleaned.

The location right by Takadanobaba Station is excellent. The hotel is modern, clean, and quiet, with good facilities, but the rooms are extremely small. At around €200 per night, parts of the experience felt overpriced. The rigid rules were the bigger frustration. We were quoted €180 for just three extra hours of late check-out. Housekeeping has to be requested before 10 AM, and breakfast was strict and disappointing. There were hardly any international options, and staff started clearing everything around 9 AM, so even getting another coffee peacefully on vacation was difficult. The smoking room had no proper ventilation, and after one cigarette our clothes smelled awful. Some staff were friendly and helpful, while others came across as too strict and inflexible. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, but at times the management made it feel more like being in the army than on holiday.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the location worked really well, close to the train station and surrounded by good restaurants. You can travel light since they provide all the essential amenities. I'd definitely make this my regular hotel when I'm back in Tokyo.

The staff were particularly helpful when I ran into travel problems after checking out, and they kept assisting me with care. I was impressed by the excellent service. During my one-night stay, the room was clean and the amenities were the most complete of all the hotels I stayed at on this trip. The location also made it easy to get around. I'd stay again if I return to Tokyo.
