The rooms were clean, but the bathroom and kitchen are shared, and there's only one shower for the whole building, on the first floor. There are no curtains, so the morning sun wakes you up. The building's plumbing needs maintenance, and there's no water heater in the shower. It's a six-minute walk to the JR station.

The shared hallways and public areas are a bit small, but the place is clean and affordable. It's extremely close to the train station, 7-11, and several restaurants. Great value.
