The price was very reasonable for such a spacious, clean room. It had a fridge, microwave, and even an air fryer, while the modern bathroom was one of our favorite parts. The restroom and laundry room had everything we needed. We were four people staying for six nights in Tokyo. Our flight got in very late, but mobile check-in made arriving easy. There’s no front desk at the entrance, where you can switch into indoor shoes, and free Wi-Fi is available. Asakusa Station and the JR lines are about a 15-20 minute walk away. Senso-Ji temple, Skytree, the Samurai Museum, and other sights are also within walking distance. There’s no breakfast or dinner included, but several small shops, including Lawson, 7-11, and Family Mart, are nearby. We were really happy with our stay and would recommend it to friends and family. Hopefully we can stay here again if we return to Japan. Five stars *****

The room is roomy enough for a family of four, and the facilities are all new. The location is farther from the station than advertised. It takes more than a 20-minute walk from Asakusa Station. The pre-check-in process was a hassle, and there was no need to ask for selfies. This was the only place in Japan that asked me for them. At night the rooms are very bright because there are no curtains. In room 212, the streetlights line up with all three windows, with nothing to block them, so you’ll need an eye mask to sleep. The duvet was stained, the sheets were dirty, and the floor was dusty, as shown in the photos. The staff were rude and refused to replace the duvet. They also rudely told us to wash the dishes and threatened an extra charge if the cleanliness didn’t meet their standards.
